DAY-OF DETAILS

  • Arrive between 8:30am & 10:00 am

    • Check in and purchase an E&V pass to enhance your score

    • Bid on silent auction items

    • Take a few practice swings at the driving range or putting green

    • Grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee to fuel the day

  • Gather around 10:15am for announcements

    • Get caught up on the rules from the course officials

    • A few words from Geoff and Lindsay to remind us why we’re all here today!

  • Shotgun start is at 10:30am

    • Enjoy your round of golf and be sure to turn your scorecard in at the pro shop when you’ve finished

  • Dinner and happy hour will take place after your round

    • Stick around to hear who the winners are - bragging rights are earned, one putt at a time!

RULES

  • Shotgun start

    • Your foursome will be assigned your starting hole at check-in

  • Scramble style

    • Play the best ball

  • Every foursome has the opportunity to purchase an E&V Pass ($150) which includes:

    • 2 mulligans

      • When using a mulligan, all four members get to re-hit!

    • Minus 1 Stroke

      • After your round, subtract 1 from your score!

    • 1 Red Ball

      • Your team will get a red ball. Rotate who hits it every stroke. If you still have the ball at the end of the tournament, you're entered to win a grand prize!
